Unity currently performs a wide range of "Third Party Administration" services for several Canadian life insurers including CIBC Life Insurance Company, Manulife Financial, and Chubb Life Insurance Company of Canada. Unity also acts as a managing general agent for the Chubb Life responsible for all aspects of their Canadian creditors group insurance business. Premium collection services are performed by Unity for all of its clients, including but not limited to, single life and disability premium and monthly PAC and credit card premium payable to the insurer and manages all aspects of the premium accounts. Unity also pays compensation in accordance with each insurer’s requirements, including, but not limited to production of financial reports and reconciliation of related insurance company trust accounts. Unity also underwrites insurance applications for life, accident and health, and critical illness. Unity also performs fulfillment services following insurance approval, in addition to the adjudication and settling of Life, Critical Illness, Accident and Health, PTD, and Involuntary Unemployment Insurance, claims.
